Why did this Commercial Real Estate facility need a Decision Support System?

They aspired to optimize the maintenance regime far beyond the business as usual scenario, which could only be achieved with an end-to-end decision support system. They have some of the core pieces of digital tools, however, they used to lack the middle layer of DSS where we helped them to complete the whole digital strategy faster and in a more scalable manner.
How they use Xempla’s Decision Support System
Xempla automatically generates work orders, and specialised engineering teams begin to investigate potential issues or opportunities, while also having integration with the CMMS system. After that, either the O&M team or the BMS subcontractors pick up the work orders and conduct an asset evaluation.
Most significantly, Xempla integration enables it to evaluate the impact and dismiss the alert once the appropriate corrections have been made.

By the end of 2022, Xempla will be fully integrated into its core digital strategy and will be an integral part of the suite of digital tools. This would enable Xempla to be used by peer companies in more than 60 countries around the world.
