It's never going to happen that you will never have a backlog but the point is what percentage of tasks you have in backlog. Is it growing week-on-week, month-on-month? The entire back office support of planning, scheduling, and allocation of work orders hasn't changed over time. The processes are age-old and reactive in nature. I think that's what's contributing to the increasing backlog.
